I used the Amazon prime wardrobe return feature that allows you to drop the package and they will Box and ship out. I just got a note from Amazon that 3 pieces were missing and they are going to charge me. They were in the box when I dropped it off.

The owner of this place is really kind and really knows what customer service is. I really appreciate the fact that he stayed after his closing hours, after he was on his way out the door to turn back around just so I can get the package sent. I was ok to wait till the next day. He is so kind.

My 80 year old husband brought 2 very large boxed chairs to this store today. The boxes are awkwardly shaped and did not easily fit through the front door. It was very windy and my husband couldn't manage to keep the door open and get the box through. He finally managed to get the first box in, but was struggling with the second. There were no other customers in the store and the male clerk stood behind the counter watching all this laughing, but did not move or attempt to help. Finally someone in an adjoining business who saw all this came out to hold the door for my husband. This is SHAMEFUL customer service and I am disgusted. We will go elsewhere in the future. .
