We went in to find out why my clients phone wasn't working correctly. The woman asked if she could help us. I am a case worker for a gentleman who is disabled. She said she couldn't fix it. I asked if she knew anyone. She said no. So I asked about a new phone. She said she was too busy with someone else and couldn't help us. Maybe later. The person she had been helping had left and drove off. Who else was she helping? I got the impression after listening to my client, she didn't want to waste her time with him . He didn't have a fancy phone, he can't do a lot on them. He just needs a phone. Don't think he was the type of person she wanted to help. We won't be back. Shame on her

Lisa was amazing, very patient. Had my information transferred to my new phone no problems!! Only snag was my foghorn ring tone. She stayed with it and with her colleague they solved the issue. Thanks again. I'm a believer in true customer service and they both went above and beyond!!

I spent an hour and a half at this location just to walk out empty handed. The customer service from the manager was great, but from the other floor employee it was just bad. During my visit I worked with the other floor employee, and I was only asked my name, the PIN number for the account and a few other things regarding my account. We stood there in silence (the speakers were not playing any music for some reason) for about a hour with a few simple questions here and there. Come to find out, what I was requesting to do would take much longer to complete and I would be paying a significant amount of money on the spot. I did not want to do this and wished I was given this information at the beginning of the conversation instead of after an hour and a half of being there.
