If you have a phone problem look no further. Arie can help with used, refurbished, maintenance, or unlocked phones. I came in because my Samsung Note9 had been extremely damaged, another story... I called to see if they can fix it and she said bringing in will check it out I said I'll be right there. After looking at it she was a little concerned there's potential that they couldn't do anything because the actual casing was damaged. She even tried to give me a temporary loaner that way I had a phone because the one that I had was not able to be used. unfortunately we weren't able to do that. The next day I called just to see what we were looking at as far as repairs and or a refurbishment. They were actually able to use my current Sim and give me a loaner phone that was 5G so that I had something in the meantime while the repairs were being done to my phone. There was a delay due to an additional part that needed to be ordered. Part came in Monday phone was fixed by 1 p.m. on Monday I have my phone right now in my hand for the last 5 days as if it was brand new out of the box. I'm writing this lengthy review because I will tell you I have never worked with a more professional team with relation to cell phone repairs, maintenance, service, and all that other good stuff. I would highly recommend at a minimum coming in and talking to Arie and see if they are able to help you with your dilemma like they did for me. I plan on going nowhere else but here to pick up my next phone and/or to have my phone serviced. Thanks MyCell Phone Doctors!

I can’t believe my phone is fixed! I thought it was broken beyond repair! My phone was done within an hour! My front camera and both back and front screens were completely cracked I honestly thought my phone was done for I’m so impressed the camera works better than ever! Great customer service! Super friendly and fast and affordable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was skeptical before going here because I read the mixed reviews on Google. However I found them very personable and professional. They fixed my iPhone screen quickly for a fair price. There were repeat customers and others seemed happy. Overall I would recommend for screen repair.
