Avoid this place if you have a STEADY income!!! My parents applied here, whom both have incomes, but got denied because of my mother’s credit score! My father told them he is even willing to pay the first 6 months rent, even 12 months if need be. Unfortunately, they clearly didn’t want the money. IT’S ALL ABOUT YOUR CREDIT SCORE! This is just absurd! I tried calling on behalf of them to PROFESSIONALLY speak with the office staff or property manager, but they would not hear me out; they can only speak with the people who applied. VERY PROFESSIONAL Lee Crossing! These are TWO APPLICANTS moving from another state with incomes and you deny them yet allow SINGLE applicants to move in…ridiculous!

The leasing office is unprofessional. Spoke with Mandy Carlisle, she told me the hours of operation. I go to meet with her thirty minutes later and she was no where to be found. Called the number I spoke with her before and no answer, left a message and she never returned my call. Sounds like profiling to me.

My husband and I have lived at Lee's crossing for almost 3 years my experience is pretty good we love how clean they keep the property the space is good for the price it's quite and a gated community and I love reading the news articles they place at my door every month with interesting tid bits of information and recipes very informative and professional. Seeing mold reviews so far have not had that problem property is clean and is maintained at least once a week if not more.

Moved in at the beginning of October and so far love it here, management is extremely friendly. My neighbors are very nice and it's very quiet. Recommend anyone looking for an apartment to call Julie or Mandy.
