My fiance is 14 weeks pregnant and still can't get a primary doctor. Jumping through hoops left and right. No obgyn will see her without a referral. This is our first baby and we can't get any help.

The employees here didn’t really help much….I was trying to reach out to my doctor (not gonna say his name) but the whole time I was trying to reach out to him I had the wrong number…..better said I was given the wrong number because they had it wrong on their files…..every time I spoke to someone on line they gave me a number for a direct call with my doctor and just took me back to some other employee but thank to that last guy I spoke to for transferring me back to my home clinic! That guy is a savior! Don’t know his name but thanks to him my transfer to another clinic was possible! That guy deserves to work at some better clinic and not this one…..really bad service I’m sorry.

I have been with Care 1st for two years and I regret signing with them for another year. Customer service reps and their supervisors are rude, disrespectful and always assume that you are lying when you call with a complaint or problem. Each time, I have spent an average of 2 hours on the phone with them with no resolution. Their so-called "Grievance Dept." is a total SHAM! When you have a grievance, they send you a letter telling you how much they look forward to helping you. They provide you a phone number and name of a "Grievance Dept. Rep" and tell you to call that Rep. After leaving several messages with your assigned Rep (you have to leave messages because they never answer the phone): they never call you back! Then, in about 2 to 4 weeks, you get another letter telling you that your grievance has been resolved. It's amazing how they resolve your grievance without ever talking with you or without actually doing anything toward resolving the grievance. You are left with the same problem and have to start the process all over again, and again, and again with ZERO results or help.

this company is one of the worst I have dealt with. Having problems with a Quack Olukemi Aderonke Wallace. they had assigned me too, I filed a grievance with them, The office responsible headed by Cynthia Rodriguez would never call me back. After many calls to customer service she informed me last January the case was finalized, and report sent to me. This report was sent 3 times but never received. After trying recently after problems escalated they assigned me to a new Quack Santos Flavio Pacheco. I called to make an appointment. I was told full so I should go Urgent care but they closed at 6pm finally I went to the ER in Gardena Memorial hospital for refills on my meds. while waiting they called and said come at 1030am next day, I went there and after surviving many military exams and physicals the Quack did my prostate and hernia exam. I told him I had problems with an internal bleeding hemorrhoids but he was very rough and caused it to bleed again after 6 months of being blood free, I asked for a referral to a pain clinic for a fractured vertebra L5. He said we will take care your toe fungus first and worry about the pain later, After a week I didn't get called for my blood stats. I called them they said they would call me back. that was March 5 2015, Today is April 10th 2015. been trying get a New Quack Roxanne Brazil tells me Manny from her Premier Team will call me back, I get call at 305pm and was busy. Manny asked can I call you back in 30 minutes? I said yes please. I waited until 405pm called back to Roxanne and said I didn't get a call but now I am busy. Manny called me then and Informed him that I was unable to talk. I hung up call went back to an international call. He called again and I let it go to Voicemail. He called again and said (remember premier team) He said" take my number and call me back" before I could reply he said" ok nevermind goodbye and hung up.

Hello, I'm having ankle surgery, my wife has insurance and I have another provider, we are using my wife's, cuz we like the doctor much better than what I have to chose from, will there be any conflicts with insurance coverage

Talk to the provider that will do the surgery, so your eligibility can be verified and they can let you know if they are contracted with your primary insurance. It's always best to provide with both of the insurance ID cards. Also contact your insurance and verify of 1) they are contracted with the provider 2) any copayment/coinsurance responsibility.
