They were selling me some tape for $10 (younger guy) then he said $6. Then he said I could use my own tape for $5. (I’m shaking my head at this point) the older man jumped in and said we will charge you $2. (Is this a joke!) at this point I agreed to the $2. I paid for the $2 and he put the money in his tip jar! I asked him to tape the box. He taped it with the UPS label!!! Not even tape!!! I told him you just charged me for tape! The older man jumped in grabbed the tape and put tape over the box and threw my box to the side! What a joke!!!!!!! Avoid this location!!!!

Highly recommend not to come here, this is the worst UPS in LA. First of all, the amzon return was lost, I went to ask how to solve it, the boss said that they are only responsible for sending, and the loss has nothing to do with him. The second time, I sent 2 packages to different addresses, and told me not to mess up the label, but I still got it wrong. Countless mistakes, the boss has no reasonable explanation, and the attitude is bad. This boss is from Hong Kong and is very irresponsible! If there are zero stars, I will not give one star.

What ever u do, don't come here. Very unprofessional staff. The man who seems to run the place is so unorganized it makes the whole thing horrible. Edited: Now I have actually been "helped" by the man but that's not really what it was. He took my spectrum boxes, scanned them, and throw them in his pile of mess. I'm super worried they will never get to spectrum. But I've got my tracking number so I can at least show spectrum that. When I asked him a question about how spectrum will know, he dismisses very quickly and pushes you out his store. Not a good environment at all. Technically I don't believe this man should be running this place at all. U'll read in other reviews how he has lost packages. By the state of this store, u can understand how things get lost. Avoid this place if u can.

This location used to be just OK. But the new Hispanic lady Cynthia is a Game Changer. She’s nice, fast and hardworking. And did I forget to mention that she’s kinda hot, too? ;) As long as she’s here, you will be taken care of.
