Checked in to a very poorly cleaned room. The bed had clearly been tidied up but not changed. There was dust on many surfaces, enough that my wife drew a smiley face with her finger. We found a couple of the previous visitors belongings just laying around. Some unfolded blankets. The tub had what could only be described as sludge in it. Honestly the worst hotel room I've ever been in. The desk clerk did give me my money back when I said we were leaving but I didn't even get an apology. Instead I got the excuse that the housekeeper is new and they've had a hard time keeping staff.

Only a 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. Whole building, lobby, halls, elevator, and room are filthy. Looks like nothing has been swept in months. Rooms are in disrepair, items broken or missing. TV was broken, cords are frayed, front desk said nothing they couldn't do anything about it. Air conditioning is barely working and all the halls smell of cigarette smoke and pot. Ran into housekeeping getting off the elevator and they said they didn't make it to the 3rd floor today but they are tired so they are done for the day. We had to list how many we had staying in our room, which was 3 but we only got towels and washcloths for 2 people. The air unit has tons of dust and dirt in it. Would never stay here again. Girl at check in was very unfriendly. We stayed as part of a blocked group for a soccer tournament. Everyone had issues with their rooms being dirty and in disrepair. Hotel staff park in the handicapped parking closest to the door, leaving the truly handicapped to fend for themselves elsewhere in the lot. I imagine the hotel manager will post a comment on here like they have other reviews, claiming to be sorry and seriously looking into the matter and then nothing will be done to make improvements. Instead of wasting your time replying to all of the reviews how about taking some time to help your staff get the place cleaned up. Lead by example and let your actions speak louder than your false words.

I wish I could rate this place a 0! We walk in and the staff are standing around talking amongst themselves, surrounding the front desk. The rooms are dirty, food and filth on the floors, sinks, bath tubs, and microwaves. One window screen was busted out the other was completely missing. There was a plastic bag wrapped around our smoke detector. The lock on the door was broken. It's not a big deal but a lot of the room numbers were drawn on by hand! When we asked the mgr to be compensated for such a nasty room he said " we cant give you any discount, we can give you a full refund and you can find another hotel". None of the staff apologized for the way the rooms looked they just kept saying "read the sign" which did not explain anything. We asked for their names and numbers because we wanted to complain and we were given fake names and numbers. There was more to this story but I cant fit it all in my comment. Worse experience ever!

I stood one night and the first impression I had once I walked in was no greeting whatsoever. The front desk lady was extremely rude, I felt like I WAS the bother to HER. Once I get into the elevator I noticed she never gave me my own ID back. I go back and ask politely, once again she had the biggest attitude for me asking for my ID! The room was fine at first then a couple minutes in, we had NO WATER! The sink, toilet and shower all with no water. I paid for a room with water and if there was a problem with the building, I was never informed for hours until 3 AM when magically the water came back. I didn’t want to deal with the headache so I couldn’t wait to check out and met with the woman with the attitude and once again didn’t even acknowledge me. This whole experience was COMPLETELY unacceptable.
