Not a bad place to live. Maintenance is responsive and the leasing office is friendly and helpful if you can get ahold of them. Sometimes the pipes groan in the winter but other than that I can't complain about much.

This is a beautiful complex with wonderful maintenence staff, but upper management is a joke. We moved here last September, and since then our apartment has been flooded 3 times and sustained damage. Each time reaching out to management took days, jumping through hoops, just trying to understand what to do with the damage to our home, and even more disappointingly was when our bedroom was flooded and uninhabitable for a week, management decided to wait to tell us we could be reimbursed for a hotel until the service work was basically completed. They simply do not care about their tenants from a management perspective. I would not recommend anybody consider moving here if you expect to be taken care of by property management, for the most part I'm not even sure the active community manager kyle is ever at work. It's a shame such a beautiful place with such loyal employees has this major downfall.

Ive been renting an apartment at goshen terrace since around september 2021 and dont have many complaints. The only thing I can say is the floors and walls are a little thin so I can sometimes hear my neighbors, but nothing too bad. The community is very cute and has a good vibe. The rent is a little up there in price, but the apartments are very nice and spacious

When signing the initial lease they will tell you the YoY price increases are 3-5%. That is a lie. Increased 12% YoY to “market rates.” Their prices are jumped to “market rates” but appliances / snow removal / hallway upkeep / pool cleanliness is far below market standards. Look elsewhere. They’ll comment here telling me to submit feedback but will do nothing about the 200 per month increase for the next term.
