I wouldn't even give this place 1 start if I could.. The management is literally terrible. They pretend to be all nice and helpful until you sign the lease. After that, it's more like fend for yourself. The manager Elizabeth Costa is probably some of the worst people I have ever met. She talks down to you and is just a quite terrible person all in all. Not that the other staff is better bit when the manager is like that, you can just imagine how terrible the rest of the staff is.... DON'T MOVE HERE! That's my advice to anyone looking into this place.

Turnover in management has been a recent issue at this complex. However, the assistant manager Kristian Taylor is fantastic and has done a tremendous job keeping the complex on its feet over the past 3 years! Kristian knows the ins and outs when it comes to billing issues and was able to resolve an error in my rent in minutes. I highly recommend seeking out Kristian for any residential issues and I hope she is put in a leadership position in the near future.

Jefferson at Westtown has been an incredible experience, their Maintenance and Management are great. Their facilities are nice, they have a beautiful pool as well which is always clean with green areas. In addition, this is well located having grocery stores like Giant, Amish Market, Costco, etc. Restaurants, you have all here. I recommend it, you'll love it.

Moving to the Jefferson at Westtown was absolutely one of the best decisions I could have ever made. The neighborhood is utterly captivating and I must say that Kristian played a major role in why I made my decision. Alongside the other staff, she made me feel welcomed, did her absolute best to accommodate me in every way possible, and made my experience better than any other. The apartments here are completely breathtaking. From the appliances, hardwood floors, and spacious bedrooms, the Jefferson at Westtown has proven that even the smallest details mattered when it came to creating your home. The location is so convenient and I promise, you won’t be disappointed. If you are looking for a place to call home, make The Jefferson at Westtown your choice!
