Worst experience I've had at any restaurant consistently. I have a very hard time believing that some of the good reviews this place has are from real paying customers. Ordered from here for office employees once a week for 2 months. The order was completely wrong almost every single time and when I politely ask them to fix it they would yell at me and tell me to go eat somewhere else. I got fed up and took their advice. Never wasting my money here again. We weren't even getting custom orders, we were ordering what's already right on the menu and they still got it wrong over and over.

Very disappointed that there is absolutely zero nutritional info about their food. You know, not all Americans constantly gorging themselves and being obese right? What about medical conditions that require tracking of carbs or fats like pancreatitis. I dont really care how healthy your food is, too much of a good thing is bad. It's actually really basic and easy to figure out, if you can do addition.

called ahead of time to ask if dogs are allowed. They assured me dogs were fine on the rooftop, walked 20 minutes only to be rudely stopped by the manager. Told him we called and got the okay in advance but he wasn’t having it. Not going back again after that experience or that way that was handled.

Pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. Tomato basil soup was delicious. Created our own pizza. Shittake mushrooms were available and they used plenty on the pizza which added great flavor. The large pizza is large and perfect for two or to eat and save some for later. Got a salad too but had to save it for later. Staff was great!
