You just lost a customer! Poor service at the West Chester location. My husband and I went out to eat and I ordered a strawberry chicken salad and my husband ordered chicken. My husband got his dinner but I didn’t get my salad. I was told the waitress didn’t put my order in. I didn’t get an apology from her and she was the worst waitress I ever had. The manager took off my strawberry salad that was supposed to have a glaze -it was nothing like the description. I waited 15 minutes for them to make this scrawny salad. Never came back to see if we wanted more iced tea, when she came by our table she was clueless about my salad. Someone else delivered my husband’s meal and when she finally came back to us, she asked how everything is, I said I didn’t get my salad. I’ve never seen anything like this. You lost good customers

My Fiancé and I had an enjoyable dinner Tonight ( Saturday May 7, 2022): Our Food was very good. I want to acknowledge our server, her name was “Shia”. Job well done. She was very kind, professional, attentive, personable, and knowledgeable of the menu. I was highly satisfied and impressed. Thank You “Shia”.

Had to ask for utensils but other than that the food was good. But then they tried to "oh let me get that out of the way for you", we both shouted no! Please leave it. Oh and the paper straws do not hold up. Mine gave out in 5 minutes.

Went to bar high top area by myself and sat for 15 min only to learn there's no service there and I needed to go upfront to be assigned a waiter. When I went up front 3 people now were waiting and the hostess wanted to put me at the back of the line. I've done this before and never had to stop with hostess. Hostess was not pleasant. Sorry. What an awful experience and waste of 30 min drive.
