My husband and I lived in the Tara Hill Apartments for 3 years. The only reason we moved out 3 weeks ago because we moved to another state. All we can say is both of Claudias and Carlos were really nice and helpful to us during the three years. Every time we needed maintenance the crew was in our apartment in less than an hour and they fixed everything for us. We really can't complain for the Tara Hill staff, including the maintenance guys. Brian, the security guy is always top on everything, he knows everyone in every single apartments, and he knows which car belongs to the tenants by person. There were some issues with breaking into cars in the parking lot while we lived there, but the management staff really did their best with the security. There are so much more working cameras around the community than people think and if you need help with the footage, the management are there to help you with that. Of course, there were some things that bothered us, but those things are totally not up to the management. - If you gonna rent out a downstairs apartment be prepared for the noise that will come from your upstairs neighbors. The walls and the ceiling are really thin, so you will hear everything. I mean everything! Including them being in the bathroom, snoring during the night, walking all around in the apartment, or just simply watching TV. - Also, there are some cockroach problems too, because some neighbors just don't clean their apartments and the bugs will go to your apartment. But you can ask for a free pets control from the management and they'll take care of that. - Also, unfortunately some tenants thinks that the sidewalks are there for throwing their garbage and leave it there, but if you report it to the management they'll take care of that too. - Consider to get dehumidifier because during the winter time the apartment can get way too humidified and the walls around the windows can get moldy very easily. - There is a stray cat invasion around the complex because the kids are keep feeding them. The problem is, those cats will go to your patio and will do their bathroom business there. They also have fleas, so if you have a cat or dog make sure to take care of your furbaby not to get infected by fleas. The last thing we want to mention, if you don't damage your apartment while you live there, you'll get a move out refund just like we did. There is always good and bad things if you have a rental place. Tara Hill apartment is not as bad as some other reviews says. The management, the maintenance crew and the security are always there for you when you need them.

I called 30 minutes before they stopped tours for the day. Got there with 15 minutes left and they were very inviting and happy to give the tour. I met with Claudia and she was very nice and showed me a 2 bed/2 bath. I really wanted to see a 3 bed/2 bath. The living room in the 2 bed/2 bath was very spacious. Kitchen was very up to date. It's definitely affordable. You do get what you pay for. The only thing that pushes me away is parking. Also, very convenient if you work at either Disneyland, Knotts, or need access to the freeway.

At first you have 3 parking permits and new owners they reduced it 2 parking permits to allow parking but still no parking inside and outside . You will have to park in the red because most of the parking is red. You get tickets every week for parking on the red because the ananheim council is too busy making g Disneyland area beautiful. My sons friend car was stolen during the daylight in front of Tara hills and my tags were stolen from my car. You will not feel safe walking at 2 or 3 am to yiur car because you will see homeless people making sounds at you and you will see weird guys on bikes selling drugs/ weed on the corner. And Tara hills acts like we are in Irvine raising rent every year. Make make the place safer and parking would not be a problem then the price will be okay. And there use to be security at night but there’s not that no more. And cars with out permits park where they shouldn’t park. Back gate door always broken because are lazy to make a key so you have people walking they that don’t belong. I don’t think apartment cameras work back there because they will know the door is broke. My daughters scooter and bike stolen from our balcony. So this is not a safe place to live.

2200 for a 3 bedroom. Parking is absolutely terrible though. If it's just you alone, it's fine. More than one car, you'll be frustrated Everytime you come home.
