We've lived here for 4 years. We've been through now 3 different management companies and AMC has brought this place from a easy 4 star rates complex to 1 star (that's generous) in a matter of weeks. Within the first month: cleaning staff was dramatically reduced and now my guests comment on how dirty the complex is, our trash chutes overflowed TO THE THIRD FLOOR, we've seen a significant uptick in car break ins (in a gated community), and we've seen rent skyrocket. They have also reduced security, which has led to increased break ins, graffiti (that stays for weeks), and when you call security, it's an hour MINIMUM until they can come out. There are two groups of aggressive dogs (3 chows and 3 huskies) that are known throughout the community for attacking dogs. The office is more than aware and refuses to do anything or ban them from our dog park. Our rent renewal was an increase of 26% over what we pay now. Their excuse? They want to get the old tenants out to "change the demographic of the community and raise rents." Actual quote from a property manager btw. They care about profits and nothing more. No one that I have interacted with here has a good thing to say about the community or management and I can't wait to leave. The office staff are clueless, never there or available, and act annoyed when you go into the office to ask a question. Katrina, if you acted like you cared about people when they come in asking for help, then your residents wouldn't hate you as much as we do. You call yourself an assistant property manager but you "have to ask" about every question you're asked. Bottom line, 3400$ or whatever they are scamming people now would be better spent literally anywhere else. It's embarrassing to see how much AMC has ruined this place.

I have been a resident at the OASIS for more than a year now and I will be transferring to a larger unit because I am pleased with the community and management. I am big on customer service and I have good experience with the OASIS team from Emily at the front office very accommodating and kind to answer all my questions, Courtney the community mgr is super nice and very considerate on our request and gives us the best options, Moises and the whole maintenance team very efficient and reliable when we have repair work needs. The area is very kid friendly and safe as well. I recommend living here - it may be expensive but you get what you pay for with the amenities and upgrades.

Lived here for a little over 2 years. Everything seemed great until the property was sold and a new management team cleaned house to allow for a new deeply unqualified front office. From disorganization with renting the clubhouse to an unexplained $100 balance on our rent (which we spoke to them about multiple times & always got the "we'll get back to you on that" but never did)..to scheduling a "demo" 2 days before our lease was up. Which includes my wife & I walking in on 2 men (who we didnt know worked for Oasis at the time as we were given no notice) going through our belongings as if to steal them. One of them even tried walking out with one of our phone chargers. Keep in mind these guys had no tools, and were in street clothes..Management offered no explanation but confirmed they are employees and stared at me like a deer in headlights when asked about it. The situation could have been super dangerous & nobody seemed to care at all. They basically said sorry & get over it, then proceeded to take 90% of our deposit on our way out. There is a specific woman who works at the front desk who might be the worst customer service rep I've ever encountered she has no business dealing with other humans. You'll know if you meet her, trust me. The property itself is nice because of the pool area and stuff, but don't expect to be living in a gated community. The gate is always open at the back of the building allowing for anyone to drive in. Also, don't expect to get your phone calls/voicemails answered from them for anything. Even if you suspect their employees were trying to steal from you.

My mom and I lived here and moved out recently. They have been renovating the pool, club house and gym since November 2019 but it's stsill in the same condition and no progress has been made, yet they continue to charge the same amount of rent which is quite high due to ammenities the tenants cannot use. They post nice photos on their website but I am sharing photos fo what the place looks like currently. Additionally, their parking situation for their guests is a nightmare. Every time we had guests they circled around for a long time because there is nowhere to park. The vandalism is high and vehicles have either been broken into and some have even been stolen. Add to this the situation with big water bugs, mice and other pests that are crawling around. I definitely do not reccomend this place!!
