I've looked at the reviews before moving in, in the end of 2020 and had my guard up. Now im here to add my own review after being here for over 1 year. Staff and management is 100% excellent, I've only worked with the front office a hand full of times due to covid (understandable) but essex management is always a phone call away. Cleaning staff works 7days a week keeping the building presentable at all times. Not much noise from the Neighbors, maybe a thump here or there. Friendly community although I keep to myself. Alot of pro's when it comes to living here. Only cons I can think of ( and some is out of my/their control) biggest con is -parking, visiting parking is open and I've witnessed people parking and walking to other apartments or locations. I can't even have guest over unless I bring them or if my guest gets lucky before 5pm to get a spot. - Maintenance having a hard time figuring out electrical problems with my unit. - I am located near the pool so the sound of the door echoes through my apartment when used frequently, plus I have to keep my window shades closed or the kids will stand and look right into my home (I was told I can't tint the window for privacy because they want the units to look uniform, understand I guess) - I am not too sure what material the apartment is made of but once I walk into my unit I lose phone service so does my guess (fix to it was buying internet to use wifi calling/text) That's all the cons I can think of, if parking improves I'd give it 4.5 stars.

This one star could have easily been a 5 star if it wasn’t for the poor customer service. I have been living here for approximately 3 months and I am extremely disappointed. When we first walked the property, we were sold on the 2 gyms and large resort style pool. Fitness is very important to us, so we cancelled our gym memberships knowing that we would be able to utilize both gyms whenever we would like. When moving day came, we learned that the gyms and pool were closed indefinitely due to COVID-19. We understand this is for the safety of the public and the pandemic is outside of the complex’s control, however, when we inquired about any potential adjustments being made to the rental price (as we are paying for amenities that we have never been able to use, and still aren’t) as there is obviously a decrease in operating costs caused by the closure of these facilities, we received no answer. It wasn’t until we happened to run into Chris around the complex that he told us no in person. I can’t help but wonder if we hadn’t ran into Chris if anyone would have ever gotten back to us. But that’s not what upsets me the most. I thought we lived in a relatively safe, gated community, especially since we have overnight security. However, someone recently broke into my vehicle, which I found odd as I do not leave any valuable items in my car, especially in public view. I had seen a community announcement a couple weeks back about numerous vehicle break ins, but I never thought it would happen to me, especially since we pay an extra monthly fee for that parking spot in a GATED structure. But again, this is not what upsets me the most. What upsets me is once again, I reached out to one of the managers from the leasing office simply to inform them of the vehicle burglary and I never received a response. Is there no care or regard for the residents of this community? We pay a lot of money to live here and ever since we moved here we just keep getting let down.

Chris, Summit, and Joe were all extremely helpful and nice. They responded right away and always asked for tips to improve themselves in areas where I didn’t feel too happy. They were all really accommodating and worked to help me find the home I was looking for. Thank you guys for being on top of it. I also ran into one of the tenants in the elevator and he also said the community was nice and the leasing office was helpful

Have nothing but positive things to say. Maintenance is quick and helpful. Dog park is very nice. Pool area is awesome! Construction around the building is only in the morning and isn't that bad. Nights are quiet and no annoyances. Blows me away how poorly this place is rated. People love to complain I guess.

Select Essex communities offer homes that may be considered rent controlled. Availability and leasing terms are subject to change at any time. Essex also offers below-market rent (“BMR”) programs at select communities. While this is not a rental assistance program, BMR units may be available to residents who qualify based on their annual household income and the number of individuals living in their household. To determine if the community you are interested in offers BMR options, please contact the leasing office for more information.
