I arrived and was the only person at the drive through. Instead of taking my order I was asked twice to please wait. Not a huge deal but considering I had to wait over 10 min I got slightly frustrated. Then I finally made my order, pulled up and paid. From there I then had to wait an additional 15 min for my actual food. That’d be one thing if there was a line, but with NO line to wait almost half an hour is completely unacceptable. Last time I go here

As many of the other reviews highlighted, this is probably the slowest “fast” food drive thru you’ll come across. You can drive out of your way and still get your food faster than waiting in line here. I hope management read these reviews and re-trains their staff because a consistent 20-60 minute wait in a drive thru is just ridiculous.

It took over an hour to get my food from a Taco Bell that is 5 minutes away and I was In the drive thru! I ordered on the app and still took forever! The drive thru line is as long as the inside line. Last time, there was hair in my food. When you go inside, it’s worse. The staff are rude and unprofessional, they don’t care about their customers at all. Very dissatisfied with the East Brunswick Taco Bell.

The wait time in the drive thru was a little long but that's because some guy decided to leave and mixed things up. However, the food was awesome. Different locations of Taco Bell make their food in a different manner. Here both my tacos and burrito were loaded and tasted great.
