I was rear ended and this is where my rental was supposed to come from. Called ahead and was assured there was a car available for me. Got to the location and not only is there no rental available, it will also cost ME $100 to rent it even though the insurance company is covering it. Not only was the staff unhelpful, they were rude and condescending like I should have known their policies before coming in. Had it been mentioned during the confirmation call, I would have!

Not professional at all,I got scheduled through insurance to pick up a vehicle when I went there they said that they didn't have any vehicle available and they said we can schedule you for the next day at 1 pm ,and the next day guess what I called for a pickup and they said they didn't have me scheduled simply wow ,wasting people time like that at be honest with a customer so they can go somewhere else..never again

This enterprise location plays a jingle while your on hold, explaining why your business is so important to them. I have called several times all morning never once speaking with anyone, not even to be put on hold. Ridiculous!!! Must be a bunch of kids masquerading as employees. Terrible!!!
