Friendly staff and good with my special needs son. She even talked to him about needing to wash his hair. (You know us moms, we don't know anything) he did a good job washing it when we got home. Told me he used 1 pump 4 times. I'm so happy she was there.

I wish I asked the lady her name, but she was amazing! Super nice, took her time, and it came out great. I haven't let anyone touch or cut my bangs in over 10 years. I let her do it, and they were perfect. Great job! I will definitely be returning but I'll make sure to ask for her name next time 😂

Melisandre (I’m hoping I’m getting that name correct), is great every time. This time I got a heavy set woman with glasses. She could NOT be any more clear that she was rushing my haircut and that she wants me out the door. She probably saw a huge time in someone else and wanted to get me done with so she can get back to another customer. DO NOT be surprised when your hourly wage a$$ doesn’t get a tip for a rush job. I literally felt my hair after the cut and she missed whole areas. People like this should not be allowed to work anywhere. Once again, Melisandre is great, and takes care and attention for each cut. If I walk into this place again and see that heavy set woman, I am walking straight out the door.

No employees or clients were there but a receptionist. On the door it says “No appointment necessary but receptionist very rudely said we have nobody to cut your hair and can’t accept any hair cutting all day.
