NEVER EAT HERE go to the one a little down the road on 18 south they are JERKS and offensive here and you wait 15 minutes for cold garbage food. I went through drive though slot two. They served three other cars before me in other slot. When I said hello two order take cares came on irritated and said kept saying what do you want in an really offensive tone with my child in the car was getting upset. I started to order and they kept interrupting me saying what do you want rudely so i couldn't even get my order out. So I went in to order. Cashier was mad at me for not using kiosk, because I had a special order (extra pickles) . No receipt so I had no order number. and made me wait 15 minutes for two hamburgers and nuggets. She threw the bag on the counter along with three other bags called out three order numbers. No receipt unknown number. SO I had to check though three bags to find my order. These people were rude and offensive and I will file a complaint with BB about heir behavior in front of my toddler.

I've always loved this particular McDonald's because when I was growing up in South River, my Mom would take us there as like, a treat or reward. Like for example if my sister or myself had a doctor's appointment and got a shot, my Mom would promise McDonald's as long as we would just chill out and get the shot. It worked every time! And this was the McDonald's we went to when we'd sneak out of the high school and cut lunch. The one we stopped at while still very drunk after various high school parties lol... Or the next morning all hungover, this was the McDonald's. There's another one also on route 18 only a mile apart, but that one isn't "my McDonald's" lol. I'm sorry for all the rambling- I just have memories of the Racetrack Road McDonald's going back like 35 years or so .. it's always been GREAT. I've never had a problem that was something I felt I needed to complain about. Like my door dash order didn't have a straw yesterday. No big deal! Honestly, I didn't rate them lower or even mention it I just tipped and gave them 5 stars. And I'll ALWAYS give them 5 stars, it's been consistent and a part of my life, I'm sure they've probably had like 20+ GMs over the years- but whatever they're doing they're always on point. I love them!

I’m recommending for everyone to not go this place I just buy chicken sandwich meal and big Mac and two kids meal I spent $35 and I got none of them as fresh

This location underwent a major remodeling recently. Orders can placed either at the counter, kiosk or the drive-thru. There are tables for four people or just for one or two guests. The store is brightly lit and very clean. There are two soft drink self dispensing machines to pour your own drink. Staff is friendly and service was fast.
