Walked in… and this guy gave me a greeting that I could hardly listen to and not eyes contact, while he was chilling sitting down at his station with no intentions to stand up and help us. Then I call out for him cuz he was answering my questions half way and having this attitude. Ask for another person to help me with and the manager came and just asked what’s wrong, even him got defensive with us.Poor customer service, couldn’t helped me cuz they sent to deal with our inquietud online. Even asked for the website or a brochure or some kind of stuff, and the he guy just spelled out the website name without any hesitation or any remorse. Worst experience ever. Racist? Lazy? Tired? I don’t know.

I first came in about a month ago and switched to Xfinity for faster internet. Mike and Max were very patient with me as I weighed my options to decide which service would be better for my family and I. No sales pressure at all!! When I had an issue, they were very responsive to get it resolved. Great team and happy customer!

Worst customer service by design. Website is horrible and it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. Use any other carrier If you can.
