It's 20 dollars but you can pay by phone
You can add it just as long as its in your budget range one thing about these people they will help plan out and make a budget with you while you are there sighing paper work so there are no worries all you have to do is ask and they will help yo the best of there abilities. But no matter what make sure you keep up on all payments.
