I ordered bedroom furniture, a new mattress set, and 2 accent chairs from Ashley! The first delivery included both accent chairs (ONE WAS BROKEN)and the chest of drawers. So of course they had to take the broken accent chair back! Meanwhile, the chair that stayed at my house broke the FIRST TIME it was sat in which is unacceptable! Today, they were going to deliver the replacement accent chair and the original accent chair (so 2new chairs). I told the driver when he called that I tested positive for Covid and asked if they could just leave the furniture outside my door and I would just place the broken chair out for them to pickup.He called the warehouse, who then called me and said that because I had Covid they could only leave 1 chair and the nightstand. They said they wouldn’t touch the chair that was broken even if I set it outside. Oh and my bed IS STILL NOT HERE! This is all warehouse issues!

Ordered furniture in may and here it is October and I’m still waiting on the footboard to my dang bed this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a furniture company .
