I work in healthcare and we tried to book a corporate event in December 2021. Unfortunately with the rise in COVID-19 in December, our company insisted that we cancel the event as we needed to be able to properly staff our Urgent Cares with healthy employees. Brittany, refused to allow us to reschedule past December 31, 2021. She was rude, inflexible, charged our credit card without proper authorization and showed that AMF Syosset Lanes does not at all value the healthcare workers in their community during a global pandemic. It was very disappointing to see how she and "her VP" reacted just to get a few hundred dollars. Will never book again with this company. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

very clean and personally prefer it over my local bowling spot Bowlero but their arcade area is tiny.

The guy with the gray long hair with the black mask always has an attitude and makes things so hard for no reason. He works Friday nights and it’s currently 7pm. We wanted to pay separately with each person but apparently it makes it ‘harder’ for him so he just made us pay with cash for one total payment. Every other employee that we worked with allowed us to pay separately but every-time we encounter this guy, he makes things difficult constantly nodding his head with an attitude.

We recently had a coporate event here for a holiday party and things couldn't have gone more smoothly. I was in contact with the event planner Victoria who was the best. She kept in touch thoroughly throughout the planning process and helped me plan the event from start to finish. She was extremely flexible and was able to accomidate my constant changes without hesitation. If you plan on hosting an event at this location I strongly suggest getting in touch with Victoria. The day of the event went very smoothly. We hosted the event on a Tuesday 7-9:30 so the bowling alley wasn't crowded at all, Victoria also gave us the lanes at the very end which was perfect. We had selected their pizza party package as well as adding on a few different food platters, and pitcher of beer and soda. The staff was extremely friendly and very attentive, we seemed to never run out of drinks! We also brought in a cake which the staff provided plates and utensiles for us to use. If we needed anything the staff always greeted us with a smile!
