Placed order for curbside pickup. The lady shorted me one piece and so called counted the item in front of me. As she placed the item in the car I can clearly see I am one item short. She said oh we credited you the missing item. So I checked and they did not. I returned the item in the store and went to get the items myself. This is ridiculous lying to the customer and trying to short the customer makes for a bad customer experience.

This is the good one in the area, and a very well run location. Personally I've gotten great help and advice at tool rental (floor sanders), and the plumbing guys are top notch. They helped me out with black pipe cutting and threading and advice for a small job. After a lot of wasted time if I need a service I now drive right by Jericho and Westbury and come here.

Nice and clean. Has everything that you can think of. It's weird to find a clean and organize home depot sice they all a mess.
