My Granddaughter has been trying to cancel her membership but is told she has to go in in person to cancel. But when ever she goes there is no one available nor do they answer the phone when called to set up a meeting.

I used to love the zoo! Stopped coming for a while bc I had surgery, and decided to come back. It is terrible now!! The whole place is really dirty. It seems it hasn't been clean in months!! Yall need to do something about it, specially if there's member thar suffer from dust allergies.

Hey there Sha! Our monthly rates are currently $15 and $25(includes classes and childcare) per month. Month to month, no contracts. As Miss T mentioned, we do run specials all the time, like zero enrollment and extra months free, but the monthly rates locked in for now. We’d be happy to set you up with an appointment to come in and tour the facility. Let us know!
