This used to be a great car wash. Went today for the first time since Bolla took over. The prices are up, my car came out dirty and when I went to complain the attendant walked away. I won't be back.

As I watch my car come out of the wash with a flat front tire. I approached the tire only to see that the valve stem was bent. I have tire pressure monitors on my wheels, there was no lights or flat tire prior to entering. I approached the manger to show what has happened. He quickly accused me of bringing the car in like that! He said I do thousands of cars and yours is the only one this happened to? This was his answer. He told me the most can do for me is a free car wash! Whaaaaaaat you just caused my car damage. You accused me of bringing the car like that. Then you refused the 100 dollars in damage. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. WILLIE THE MANGER IS AWFUL!!!

This place is a ripoff. For the price I paid for a car wash and cleaning, the service was terrible. My truck wasn’t fully towel dried and water froze over my handles and locks. The vacuuming work was atrocious. When I got in the truck, there was still dirt on the center console, the door pockets and the back seat! This is the first and last time I bring my truck here. I can get the same or better car wash elsewhere on Long Island for almost half the price.

The car wash is totally not professional /poor Quality After paying 37$ (VIP) for the car wash the car still dirty, they have cleaned the dash board and not vacuum properly and not cleaned properly. BOLLA Management need to take some action on employees and need to take action on make some improvements. worst service and never return not recommend to go.
