It was a sunny day in early spring, the small wild flowers were already blooming, the park was very nice

A great place to walk the dog, take the grandkids. Two play areas for the grandkids and walkway around the park for the dog.

Attached to a school, has a pathway through several streets. Popular for walkers. There is a large field behind the elementary school, it is not fenced off, do not use the field during school hours. There is a sand-based playground, and a separate grass area on the opposite side of the school field, separated by the sidewalk that cuts through the middle of the park. There are picking tables alongside the walkway as well. There is a sign prohibiting dogs off leash, but the pathway is a popular place to walk dogs, and after school hours, the park is a community gathering area that locals bring their dogs to run off leash. There is a separate playground on the far side of the school field, it can be used after school hours by the community.

Very spacious, quite park. Never crowded which is why we love it. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Just sad about the graffiti sometimes.

Is this a dog friendly park

Signs say no off-leash dogs, but there is a poo bag dispenser in the middle of the park along the side walk path. As long as its after school hours, the off leash rule is generally ignored. Most of the field is part of the elementary school's backyard. So i would say yes, it is dog-friendly. Just be sure to keep them on leash during school hours.
