Staff not knowledgeable at all. The guy had hard time understanding that I wanted a wooden pipe. He didn't know what a pipe tool is. At the end I asked him to give me a good tobacco to smoke with my pipe and he sold me regular cigarette tobacco (too bad that I noticed it only when I got home)

Great smokeshop in the area! I usually dont buy from other shops other than my local store but I was driving by the area and needed some pods and juice for my vape. So I stopped by this place. They provide great customer service and know the items they are selling! Highly recommended if you're in the area.
