This is a really nice 55+ and older community. Very quite for the most part, friendly people who like to keep their homes and yards looking nice. Took a big hit during the two big storms of 2019. The first was a snow storm that would not go away. Leaving broken porches, tree limbs and in some cases complete trees. Then the flooding caused evacuations for many of residents.

No, there are no rentals in this park. All of the homes are owner occupied. There are a few for sale right now. I live at Riverstone.
