I Was today (July 26 at about 2pm) at office 2964 shell rd. I asked the worker for her name but the worker said she would not tell me his name and told me to leave the office or she would call the police. and she called :) This is not your personal home! The office has opening hours for visiting people. You can't kick people out during business hours (without reasons) and call the police to do it. For what was needed by the police, I did not understand She kicked me out of the office and closed the door on me. Worker's name approximately Aisha, i do not sure Cool attitude to customers ))

Bad customer service. I had an issue with my storage unit that I made the store aware of three times and they never resolved it.

This place was amazing I needed a storage unit and the lady at the front named Tanisha was very helpful. She helped me find a perfect sized unit and helped me reserve it right away. She also gave me very good advice as to how I would be able to move my stuff into the space. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage unit.
