The price package was decent compared to other storage places. The employees (I spoke to two different locations in Queens) were very kind and helpful. I needed a cancellation and refund on one location to move to another and they were very kind about it and helped me immediately. The entrance for our unit is very convenient. The facility itself was clean.

I like the service of the driver and truck pick-up. It really helps me a lot in storing my boxes , all at one time. Plus, the storage unit is clean and safe. Highly recommend it👍

This place should notify when they change business hours due to weather, holiday, etc. I messaged Brett who works for customer service to ensure that the place is open by the time I get there, because that day it was snowing. He told me they were open during its normal business hours. But when I got there at 5 pm, it was completely closed. And this actually was not my first time encountering an incident like this. I hope that they can clarify their business hours before they tell their customers so I don’t have to waste my time driving for 20 minutes only to see a closed store.
