I sent an email to the cubesmarthelp regarding my recent concern and interactions. However to date I have not received any response. If someone would please respond to my email it would be appreciated. I am not understanding the terms of this rental and how the price can be arbitrarly changed within 3/4 months of my rental agreement. Also to be told that of I don't like it "I can go somewhere else" was very unprofessional.

Charles was a great help. He was very knowledgeable and catered to all my needs. I had used so many different kinds of storage units in the past, but Cube Smart gets an A+ I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family. Let's face it. Storage is just storage. It's about the people you interact with that makes me want to be a long time customer here. Thanks again Charles for making my excellent with your company amazing.

Very friendly customer service, impressive followup and prompt calls when committed to followup. 800 service and local reps deserve a 10. But 20$ locks? 30 minutes wait to make a payment....its a shame. You need to invest money in the applications you are using to process new client payments. Painfully slow
