Brought large #5 PS to recycle and they didn’t accept it. Said only CRV-sized PS containers can be recycled.

Fast and easy drop off process. Line can get long depending on day of week and time. Get in vehicle line and make sure your doors (trunk) are open -- staff will pull the recycling bags from your vehicle themselves. Pull around and park, staff will bring the receipt....take it to the cashier (id required for payment over $100).

Alma is the phone rep at Triced, and whenever I have called Triced for an issue, She usually answers the phone, I always Courteously ask who I am speaking with? to anywhere I call, But she Instead of Telling you her Name, She responses "You can call back again" Or "Go ahead call back" Or "just call back another time" , She act likes she did not hear you, when you asked for her name, this is very Shady behavior from somebody who is answering the phone. I have not seen a rep of any company who answers phone to not willing to share their name.

The employees are helpful but definitely over worked as the lines are now endless due to being one of the only recycling center around the bay area now. Sometimes they calculate my total amount returned before the machine even dumps all the cans. They were still loading my cans onto the conveyor and the guy started printing the ticket. I told them they need to wait until all my cans were done. This is due to the massive amount of work they are now having to do with the increased drop offs. Unfortunately, it is us who have to pay as they are in such a rush, they move you before your items are counted and when you pull to the other side, its awhile before they hand your print out. So who knows who's receipt I've gotten because sometimes I know I have a lot, but shows I only put in smaller amounts. Thus the 2 star deduction. And as always, line will go around the block once on a good day.

Prices change 2 times a year, as of 9/22/21 alum is $1.65 plastic(PET) is $1.31
See website - Buy Back Center tab - They explain in detail. If under 50 items, whatever the CRV printed on the bottle says - 5 cents for smaller - 10 cents for larger.
Any one can go from any county
Yes. They collect plastic, aluminum and glass. It must be seperated though.
Recycle
U will need to contact them directly. U can also see their website. Tri city recycle
It's only by pounds unless you walk up with less than a bag of bottles they can actually count. Unfortunately how busy it gets, you'd probably only get by the pound.
I believe it’s around April 24 or so this year
They do
No they don't recycle pillows only plastic aluminum and paper
Wait times vary a great deal. Each person in the line has very different amounts to recycle. Please make sure you have fuel in your vehicle. I've seen people run out of fuel in the line and cause even more confusion. Be prepared for the waiting. Do not leave your vehicle and wander around the site. For the last several years the lines are extending around the corner every time I get there. Tuesday and Saturday are the most popular days.
Yes, I took cans a couple of weeks ago.
yes, they're open during the rain
100 lbs/day. I had 146lbs on 1 visit n I was told to come back another day so I cn redeem my remaining 46Lbs
Now due to it being so buay because other recycling centers closing the line is out on the street along the coned off area
During the weekdays like wednesdays thru friday i find are best in the morning
No
Yes, clothes, shoes, books, carton boxes and paper - all have seperate bins on the opposite side of the bottle collection area. It is completely DIY area. If you don't want to wait in the car line, just keep your car at the parking lot and walk across one minute with your stuff... Assuming you are able to walk with the bag. This can save you 30-45 min of wait time in the car line.
Window glass is not taken, but like mentioned above anything with a CA deposit on it is redeemable for cash other than wine, spirits, liquor bottles
No. But there is a used bookstore in Ftemont Hub that accept and pay for used books.
I will gladly accept any old bicycles.
No
They are open 5 days a week Tuesday through Saturday.
Yes, you can take electronics to them. They do e-waste recycling; when you pull up let them know you have "e-waste" and they'll direct you to where to put it.
No you dont if they go in the rec, but if you want to buy them back at the center then yes.
Actually, both of these are compost and can be put into the green bin.
