Today is June 26, 2022, this will be important later on in the review. I wanted to spend $700 on a smoker so I went to my local Lowes. I found the smoker I wanted and waited next to it for 10 mins, no help. I went to customer service and they called someone to help me. I waited another 15 mins next to the smoker I wanted, no help. A Lowes employee said, I'll be right with you in 10 mins. I waited 25 mins next to my smoker, and finally was helped. I do want to say, the kid that helped me was EXTREMELY helpful and professional. He deserves a raise. Since the box was 100 lbs, I had way to bring it to the cashier, so I walked up with a 6 digit code. I walked to the cashier lines, they were all closed. Keep in mind, this was 1pm on a Sunday. I walked to the self check out. I walked to the computer and there was no way to enter my 6 digit code in the machine. I had to wait in line for the ONE employee that was working the self check out. There were 6 people ahead of me, so I waited. When it was my turn, I gave the ONE cashier my 6 digit code and she entered it into the computer and told me to pay. The sign above the smoker I wanted said it cost $499, when the cashier entered the code, the price came up as $549. I told the cashier, the smoker is displayed at $499. She told me to go take a picture of the displayed price and bring it back, ok?!?!? Of course, my Phone died while waiting 40 mins to be helped and I let her know. For some reason she was upset by this and told me to grab the sign that showed the price. I thought it was weird, but I walked across the store and grabbed the sign. With the sign in my hand, I walked back to the cashier and handed it to her. She pointed out, the sign displayed the $499 price was valid between 6/9 - 6/22. Today is 6/26, why is the sale price still displayed???? I brought it up to the cashier and she said there is nothing she could do. At this point, I've been in the store for over and hour, my phone was dead, and I wanted to go home. So I bought the smoker at the $549 price My opinion, if an item is displayed at a certain price, they should honor that price. It's not my fault, they did not take the sale price down, 4 DAYS later. This can not be legal, I will have to look into this

My husband and I went to Lowes in union city on 5-29-2022 looking for a whirlpool over the range microwave. We asked an employee in in the appliances about it and he blatantly lied to our faces and told us they didn’t have any. I got on the app and it said there were 7 in stock. He just didn’t want to be bothered with helping us. We found another employee in an entirely different department, who checked the back for us. There were 9 back there. What kind of customer service is that?! Very disappointed by that employees actions. If I knew his name, it would be on here.

If you have a problem with your appliance purchase do not expect to ever get a call back from the manager at the Union City Store. Nor will they answer the phone. It will ring for five to ten minutes then hang up on you. There is a 48 hour return window on refrigerators, however you will not get a call back to discuss or resolve your issue even if you call customer care. Customer care will tell you on your third or fourth call that it’s too late to return, and will eventually tell you they have no control over the store you purchased your item from, it’s up to the manager. I have spent around eight hours of my precious time over the last two weeks trying to resolve my issue. Repeated calls averaging an hour long, some resulting in disconnects or faulty robots. All I’ve got is delivery people calling me back who are willing to switch the door swing which doesn’t solve the problem. I just spent $1400 on a refrigerator, that although the same dimensions as the previous one, does not fit the space and so the door has to open to the wrong side and is awkward to maneuver around in the kitchen. I really think there could have been some accommodations made. I will never buy a thing from Lowes again.

It's a big box home store - you know what to expect. There were plenty of people working there but I don't recall anyone speaking to us until we tracked down an employee to ask where to find the item we wanted. Once we found it the only way to check out was the self serve area. We are older and old fashioned and prefer to have a cashier check us out. It's nice if you have the option to choose the do-it-yourself check out process rather than that being the only option.

This is the questions and answers section. That is not a question, therefore I do not know how to answer it.
This is Google Maps, not Lowe's, so you're asking random neighbors in the region. You'd do better looking to provide feedback via the Lowe's website.
Yes they are available, unsure of the price
Same as every store masks and distance.
They sell it.
No
Given what I spent, I would drive down there and "deliver them the riot act". This may be your only option. I anticipate another purchase from the same department. I will say that the person who served me wasn't able to really service me. He just stayed behind his glass shield. The department is way under staffed. This may be a pandemic issue.
Hi I just called they say they do but charge $30.00
