From the moment you walk into this office, you are struck first by the cleanliness. The people at the front desk are quite friendly, but Dr Burns is absolutely outstanding! Not only is she knowledgeable and a great communicator, but she conveys genuine interest in your particular situation as a patient. Highly recommend!!!

Great experience. Dr. Fantoni was wonderful. The whole process was very efficient.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Burns & Koch Eye Associates in South Kingstown. I've never had a problem getting an appointment, and all my questions are thoroughly answered by the doctor as well as the staff conducting different tests. I have a fairly complicated medical situation, with multiple issues that tend to complicate treatment. Dr. Burns has always been able to find the right course of treatment to keep my eyes healthy, and still seeing pretty sharp, especially considering my age. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Burns to any of my friends. As far as prescription glasses go, I have gotten several pair here and the last pair of wound up having scratches in them after about 4 or 5 months of wear. I brought them back, and without any discussion, or complicated processes, lenses were replaced under warranty. Couldn't ask for better service.

Koch Eye Associates Wakefield, Dr. Fantoni is awful! She breezed in breezed out. I had to get a new eye Dr. because my last Dr. closed their practice. Not knowing who to go to I called Koch and told them I wanted a contact lens exam and glasses exam. I know they have to charge more for the contact exam. I know I needed a backup for the lenses and wanted progressives. Anyway my previous Dr. has me set up with multifocal multi optic (different strength lens) in each eye. Dr. Fantoni did the usual A or B, 1 or 2 and stated that one eye needed a stronger correction. OK I can keep the multifocal lenses. I told her about an old tear in my retina and she never said anything about that. My previous Dr. mentioned I was starting to get cateracts. When I asked about that she just said oh your eyesight won’t go all at once, it happens over time. Don’t worry about. She was done. I picked up my Rx for progressives. When I went to get it filled I was told it was for single vision only. I called Wednesday morning and was told they would contact the Dr. to write a new Rx. Thursday afternoon I called and was told the Dr. never got back to them and was gone until Tuesday. I told the person that I was not happy at all with Dr. Fantoni and to tell her so. So I met up with a couple friends and told them my tale and they both said that they went to Dr. Fantoni too and she had screwed up their Rxs too! Wow! Don’t see Dr. Fantoni! Sorry to have to leave this review but that’s 3 people who have had issues with this Dr.
