Recommend this location, staff is super friendly and helpful. I had no issues setting up my account online. When I got to the location for my storage unit it was very far from the elevators and I asked to switch and they accommodated me without any issues or charges. Service is excellent, Storage unit is clean!!

Great facility, always clean and super helpful staff. Very easy to to get in and out, great location. One girl didn't quite know what she's doing but Priya stepped up and was able to help me get everything figured out. Much better than the other Cube place!

The good reviews here seem too good to be true, but every interaction I've had here has been delightful. Even the person opening my account over the phone was pleasant and wonderful to deal with. When I moved it, Michael, the manager was equally nice and helpful. Storing things can be a real pain, so it's nice to have such a nice staff working for a very well-maintained facility!

I have never rented a storage unit before and this process seemed a bit overwhelming. I met with Michael, the manager, just the other day and was so impressed by his knowledge of the facility and the pride he takes in maintaining it. To be frank, I am not even a tenant, but I am still glad that I made the visit to check this particular facility out. There had been so many positive Google reviews about this location that I was somewhat wary of the accuracy. However, after visiting the site and having a look around; it is pretty clear that Michael and his team seem to be great at taking care of their customers and the facility. These reviews are more accurate that you'd think! Furthermore, Michael is great at following up while we still work to find a space that is just right for me and at a price that works. I will update this review / post again as my experience continues.....
