I had no interactions with the staff on my visit, so can't speak to any customer service issues. However, the docks at this facility need to be updated and rebuilt. Everything is past due for some maintenance dollars. But like itself is beautiful and there's tons of wildlife.

Great spot to relax at Greensboro and rent some boats. Crazy cheap prices. It's for everyone.

I had a great time kayaking this lake. It was my first trip to this reservoir. The water got pretty rough due to the wind, but it made for a fun and challenging trip. I hope to visit on a calmer day to explore more of it.
