Worst place in the world to store your things especially if you are a small business owner. Plenty rats,roaches and Flys the place is always hot they barely clean the hallways,at least the bathroom is clean some of the staff is ok however the older Afro-American that works there he is for the white people not for his people. They evicted me for taking a nap on my break as a working man was not fair to me however before they kicked me out I had told them that I was going to return the unit when my lease was up cause I had just paid it 3 days prior to the incident and they served me with the eviction letter, I think my rights were violated but I can't find a lawyer. Anyways am waiting for the new place next door to them so I could proceed storing my inventory. If you don't believe about the rats goe check out for your self. Look under the the doors of the units you'll see the glue traps that the teanents have to put. And the flys,you will see as soon the big glass doors open. Well I hope this is helpful.

Dominique at the front office went above and beyond for me to help organise the boxes I purchased by improvising with office supplies to make me an easy way to carry them when she found out I was walking with them. I’ve been a client of the storage for over 1 1/2 to 2 years now. The facility is clean and well maintained. One area of concern is their fluctuating prices on their various units. Another concern is the low figure assigned to units when it comes the value of your stored items see O.A. Another concern is the random and unsubstantiated unit increases without fair and transparent notifications. I’m leaving to another storage company that has fairly priced units without the hidden sudden increases. Read your occupancy agreement carefully. During Covid-19 this facility did not provide hand sanitizer at the entrance to disinfect hands. Today, three gentlemen were unloading and not wearing the proper face masks while in the facility. This posses a significant danger to other storage clients. The facility only has two small parking spaces which becomes occupied with other storage clients. The other day SUNY Old Westbury had three vehicles blocking the entrance for over 45 minutes. I asked the gentleman if he can move so I can quickly go into my unit to retrieve an item he told me I should wait. I informed the staff on site and he just shrugged his shoulders. (See photo) I hope senior leadership of Manhattan Mini Storage reads this. I shouldn’t be paying for your ads off the West Side Highway.

Rene is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, professional and was super helpful in explaining the subway options for my daily commute since I am new to the area. The storage facilities are very clean, air conditioned and the security is top notch. I was extremely impressed with this company as soon as I walked in and even more so when I reached the storage unit and saw how well maintained they are kept. I highly recommend this storage facility for anyone needing great service in the area.
