Stopped In yesterday as a walk in with my daughter. Since my mother has been going there for years so I expected nothing but greatness. My nails look terrible, rushed bubbled, crooked, jagged edges and I'm livid. I'm going to gave to go elsewhere to have them fixed. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!!

I’m not the one to complain about businesses. But a while ago I got my nails done there. One, they did a horrible coffin shape on my nails. Two, I asked them for a design that was trendy. They did such a horrible job and they asked me if it’s okay and I didn’t like it and I told them that. They had the audacity to stop my services and had horrible customer service. I was so upset so I payed and left. I came back a couple hours later wanting a refund and they wouldn’t give me a refund. Keep in mind I sat there for 3 1/2 hours. They said they would redo my nails and that I couldn’t receive a refund. I simply said no because they took soo freaking long to do my nails and it was just horrible. So never got my money back :)

I just started going here a few months ago. My daughter told me to stop going to the place I always went to and try out “dons nails” I am so happy I did! They are so friendly, professional and do such a great job! Today I went for my fill and wish I’d got my gals name she did such a great job! The color, size, efficiency, and professionalism was spot on!
