We have been experiencing one internet interruption after another. We’ve had three and counting in less than an hour. Of course it’s after hours on a Friday night so it looks like it’ll be next week before any help is available. I am less than astounded by Astound! UPDATE MAY 27- The issue is not resolved. A technician came by our house and said our equipment is a-ok, but that there was an issue at the street where the signal was too hot and it overloaded and pretty much kicked everyone off in the neighborhood. He said he wasn’t authorized to fix it. Someone else would have to. It’s as bad as always, and now they are increasing our monthly bill. Astound is the worst internet provider I have ever experienced. Are there other providers for Depoe Bay. First chance I get, I’m firing Astound and Wave. What would it take to get Xfinity here?
