Good store with a convenient location. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EAT THE PREMADE SANDWICHES THERE!!! I believe that they leave them in there and 2 of us got food poisoning. Other than that their deli food is good, just don't get anything out of the deli before it opens especially the sandwiches. I have been getting food out of there for 20 years...

Super expensive and loads of stuff out of date. Be careful when purchasing items to catch the expiration dates on things. This is good stop for emergency items, but we generally do our shopping in LC or Newport to avoid thier high prices.

My wife and I almost exclusively do all our grocery shopping at Chester's. Their market selection is perfect, everything you need for a basic meal up to fresh lobster, local caught Dungeness, halibut, local grass fed beef, great selection of local cheeses and wines; hard to beat it. I also really love the people who work here, always friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to assist me with lifting or carrying things as I am a disabled person. Their hot and cold deli is my favorite lunch spot here too, plus the lady who manages it is awesome, and funny too! Shop here, you won't regret it!

It is a good place that has just about everything you would go to a grocery store for and more. Since it is in a tourist spot it also has your typical tourist souvenirs of the local area. People working there are very friendly and helpful. The prices are a little on the high side in my opinion but that's the price for convenience.
