I'll give OCPM 10 stars if I'm able to in this site. As a property owner, OCPM do diligent work in screening and finding me a good renter for our property. I know Dan is a busy person. But just send him a text and he'll find a time to response right away. He listen to your request and very nice person. Easy to work with. If there's something on our property that needs to be fixed or repaired , I just let their maintenance personnel who do great job with reasonable charge/price. I definitely recommend this company.

We were elated when we finally walked into our new home. It has great views and great location. We learned, from the neighbors, it had turned over a fair amount, which was puzzling given the positive attributes. Now we know; poor management. I’m a well established middle aged person that has rented many places over the years and this experience has definitely been an outlier. Unfortunately an outlier because the experience has been so negative. Management is generally unavailable. When you do finally get a hold of them (Dan) the corresponding communication is also disrespectful. I encourage anyone else with similar experiences to work with the homeowner (they are the real customer of the management company), the City, and the Better Business Bureau, it’s one of the few ways that businesses like this can be incentivized to treat customers with respect. If you’re a renter, avoid this company. If you’re a homeowner, you might not notice anything except frequent turnover. As a homeowner I’d want as infrequent turnover as possible, but that is ultimately up to the goals of each homeowner.

I rented a home from them for a little over a year and had a great experience. Everyone on the management team is friendly and helpful, and they are very prompt to get things repaired if/when needed. They are a small team and have their hands full with everything that they do, so a couple times I did follow up on emails I'd sent in order to get a response, but it only ever took one follow up. Upon move-out, they were very reasonable and realistic about cleanliness/damage and amounts subtracted from our deposit. I didn't feel shorted in that regard at all, and I've had other management companies in the past gouge my deposit. As long as you are a responsible renter and communicate your needs I can't imagine having any issues renting from them.

I have rented from OCPM twice now and have never had any issues. They are above board, do things legally, and if you are a decent tenant, they will treat you well. Dan, Stephanie, and Connie are excellent to work with. If I have an issue or need maintenance, they take care of it. Rents are tough in this town and you have to be diligent to be able to find a place, but seriously, you can't go wrong with them. Take the time to establish yourself with them, and they will work their butts off to make sure you get into a rental that works for you. I really do not understand a lot of the negative reviews as I have only had positive experiences with them.
