He was absolutely outstanding. He literally reaffirmed my decision to go with your company with one phone call. What a completely different experience for a customer to have compared to what we have been used to in the past. Especially so when it is a board president he was talking to. He walked me through the entire process of how to get my payments online and auto pay set up, with patients and enthusiasm. Josh is everything a company could want in any position. Confident, professional, kind and even quite amusing. I enjoyed speaking with him so much that I am taking time out of my work day to write this to you. If he hadn't already mentioned plans for his future (after I asked) I would have offered him a job in Real Estate on the spot! It doesn't happen too often to have to deal with a management company and get such understanding, compassion and problem solving attitude in return. I had the pleasure of talking to Garett and Taylor from TO office on many occasions and they were always extremely informative, nice and dedicated to their job. The PMP Event staff in SunRiver St George did a wonderful job for my committee. We cosponsored a large dinner event with the local hospital and the evening was enjoyed by all who attended.
