The people are very rude don’t work with you ! Don’t care about every day life that’s unfortunate so don’t lose your job or have a to be hospitalized bc they will come get your car and don’t be black long as none of those things happen you’ll be fine ! Never seen a car lot that’s takes your vehicle when having a job and trying your best ! I guess everyone has money and never late on bills etc would not recommend paid my car payment on a Wednesday came took my car on Labor Day and a holiday after making a payment never said a word about being taken they are very silly and conniving

Terrible service, the front desk woman was agitated and hostile as soon as we entered the building. Lied about the vehicle and tried to lie about not being able to return the vehicle even tho it’s within the 7 and 30 day policies. They are trying to refuse to give the down payment back. Was told by the police to go full Karen and spread it across social media. Here goes nothing.

Went to return a vehicle within the timeframe stated in their contract because it was not reliable and Amanda Pettis was hostile throwing in scare tactics and yelling at me when I was completely calm. After the vehicle has been returned they are refusing to give me back my down payment that I made toward the car. After they said they would be able to return the vehicle sent another employee out to do the same scare tactic to stay with their business.

The paperwork you'll need to trade in your car at America's Car-Mart is the vehicle title, a valid, state-issued ID for all titleholders, registration and loan payoff information if you are still paying on your vehicle. Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.
No since it's been 15 years unless you've had other repos then you should go get you a car
I believe they do, but I strongly recommend that if your going to buy from carmart to test drive it hard, check the heat and ac, make sure you don't hear any clunks or ticks, if the engine does a hiccup or stutter. We went and looked at a lot of vehicles there. We chose a Ford fusion, we didn't notice the jump kind of like a stall when driving till a day or 2 later, we brought it back and they said they had 2 others that needed a transmission replaced but they didn't replace ours so we got one more choice and we went with a dodge charger. The heat wouldn't work on long trips (to work) and the trunk, key fob and windshield wipers wouldn't work, their mechanic couldn't figure out the problem. Carmart had both vehicles longer than we did. So we went to a real dealership, Nissan! They worked with us and with a low credit score and only $1000 down our payment is cheaper than carmart's was. I recommend going to Nissan, they are the only dealership that works with you!!!
Yes, you will need a valid driver's license. You'll also need proof of income, proof of residence, and vehicle title if you are trading in a vehicle.
Yes, Car-Mart provides affordable auto financing for people with bad credit, no credit, previous repossession or bankruptcy. We work with our customers one on one from purchase to payoff and are able to help them stay on the road even when financial troubles occur.
Car-Mart buys all types of makes and models of used cars.
You do not have to buy a car from Car-Mart to sell your used car to Car-Mart.
Colonial Auto Finance, Inc. the affiliated finance company for America’s Car-Mart, will issue a payment report to Experian credit bureau and TransUnion credit bureau each month. You will see the name ‘Colonial Auto Finance’ on your Experian credit report and Americas Car-Mart on your TransUnion credit report.
No mask and 6 feet apart if not related
It should be on the paperwork you have, you know the envelope of papers they give you
