I have been going to Dockside for over a year now since they reopened after COVID. I can assure you that this is the best LGBTQ+ Nightclub in the Michiana area! Jason, who is not only the owner of the club is also the one and only bartender at times and does an amazing job!! He took this club from a straight bar to a LGBTQ+ establishment because he wanted a place for us to feel safe and be able to call home. I absolutely love going to Dockside! The atmosphere here is amazing, especially on Friday nights with the Drag Show!! Despite the multiple negative reviews about Dockside, I can assure you they do not over charge you on your drinks and charge your card more than what you owe!! You just need to come here and check it out for yourself!! I know this is the only bar I will go to! That's why I call Dockside Nightclub HOME!!!

Do yourself a favor and do not spend money here. Especially if you're using a card. They stole 36 dollars from my bank account in a completely seperate purchase from the drinks I ordered after I left them a 22% tip. My bank said they charged it as sales not a tip. So it caused an overdraft fee I didn't know about, now the business isn't even open for me to call and figure why my card was charged multiple times that I didn't authorize.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I went out last weekend. I called my credit card company this morning to find out that whoever ran my card gave themselves a forty dollar tip for the 3 drinks I ordered. So I'm reading these other reviews this morning to see I'm not the only one, these men are stealing people's money while they are at the bar.

I recently went there last week to check out the venue. I did not feel welcomed for it being a lbgtq friendly bar. My boyfriend and I came to support one of my fellow queens as we are entertainers as well and wasn't even greeted but watched her proceed to greet everyone else. The drag show should have more of a variety in my opinon rather than just 2 performers. The bartenders were very frantic and rude. This is such a cool spot just wish it was more of a pleasurable experience for us.
