I had the same problem! I guess they go through a third party to pay the pledges and I wasn't the only one. I was told that they would be closed until the fall and possibly be moving to a new location. I don't know how you could get in touch with them.....

You could ask them and if they don't maybe they can direct you to someone who can. They are only open Monday through Wednesday from 9 am to noon.
