Will not be back to this location. Ordering food for dinner in went good without any issues. The issues started with no ice for fountain drinks, then the soda fountain leaked all over my hands, and then to find out the ketchup dispenser was empty. After waiting 10 minutes for our food, that was for dine in, it was brought out in to go bags and was cold. After all this, we still decide to get ice cream. The ice cream took 10+ minutes to be brought out, and was brought out some girl who didn't say one word, and actually snarled her nose at us.

We ordered a pot roast MEAL but they handed us a pot roast sandwich. We told the it was wrong and they had us wait while they redid the order. They then brought another sandwich and separate broccoli. We told them this was not what was ordered again. Then a lead person came out and we showed her the receipt and they went back in to make the dinner. They finally got it right after 3 tries and about a 20 minute delay and a lot of frustration!!!

We arrived at the drive thru at 10pm, and were told the store was closed. When we googled it, it said the store was open till 11pm, and it was updated only 3 weeks ago. Not happy. Gas is too expensive to be wasting a trip to your store just to be turned away.

My first time at Culver’s and I was not disappointed. Was a solid fast food spot and the concrete mixer ice cream I had was great. Vanilla with Oreo and fudge mix ins. Too bad they don’t have more of these across the country. Really enjoy it
