As soon as I walked in there was this old guy telling me to leave even though I was looking for my brother, the staff there couldn’t be more rude to me. I talked to management and they turned the story on me and said there are 2 sides to a story. It turns out that this happened multiple times, THEY KICKED OUT A 6 YEAR OLD. So yeah it sucks

The ice box is where dreams are made, it's a place where boys become men, where dedication and hard work pay off and you make sacrifices for your team. To succeed out there on the ice you need teamwork, and it can create great moments you'll remember for a lifetime. As the great Gordie Howe once said: “You find that you have peace of mind and can enjoy yourself, get more sleep, and rest when you know that it was a one hundred percent effort that you gave – win or lose.” – Gordie Howe. Take that to heart. Whether you're the greatest on the team or not, everyone matters out there. So let's play some hockey, even if you're not Canadian, you're welcome out there on the ice, it's a place of inclusion for all. It's a tough and physical game, but God bless, it's wonderful, and God bless the ice box, this beautiful place is a blessing to all, I love it like a child. Thank you ice Box.

Nice rink. Spacious locker rooms. Great staff. Better than average concessions. Ice is kept in good shape. Pro Shop inventory is a little scant, however. Lobby has tables, TVs for showing the game while waiting and games for the hockey siblings to play, helping to make downtime in between games more entertaining. Close to South Bend attractions and campus of Notre Dame.
