Management is HORRIBLE especially the property Manager Nicole she will berate you yell and hang up on you. She has zero people skills. Talk down to people as if she is superior. Maintenance staff is sub par. There is nothing LUXURY about having NO AIR. Horrible place to live I can't wait until my lease is up Never have I live in such a ratchet community. There trash cans tell it all. Dirty diapers and trash strewn about. The buildings are literally made out of cardboard and their Corporate office is unresponsive does not care about anyone that is disabled I wouldn't recommend this community EVER. Loud music from downstairs nothing is said I can't even walk in my apartment without a complaint. Very low class in every way. People fighting yuck

If I could give them a zero I would. They call these luxury apartments when they really should be called projects. People's central air been out. Fighting and shootings accur often not safe.

The new maintenance men they hired are phenomenal! A few weeks ago my apartment got up to 85 degrees. Called the office and the maintenance guys came out the same day to fix my problem. Some one pulled the wires out from the unit outside. Which caused my AC to go out. My thermostat was so outdated from past maintenance doing a terrible job installing. And just throwing an old thermostat on my wall. I let the new maintenance team know i was having a hard time switching it on and off Bc the button was always stuck and the thermostat was so outdated. They came back with a new one and and installed it with NO COMPLAINTS! Did an awesome job was not done sloppy like previous years. My water heater went out yesterday and i called the office to notify them that i had no hot water and it wasn’t working. Ms Nicole was very helpful and let me know that she will let the maintenance know right away. The maintenance guys came out the same day which i was not expecting. And got the job done! They called and ordered me a new water heater and installed it early this morning like they said they would and did great. The maintenance men are very professional, kind, and respectful. And willing to fix what ever it is that needs to be fixed. Very pleased with how fast they came in and got the job done correctly! Thank you to the staff in the front office for listening to my concerns and notifying maintenance right away! Love how things are being run now!

I am now a former resident, but I would NOT recommend these apartments at all! The management is absolutely terrible, Tammy & Nicohle have ZERO people skills, will argue with you, hang up on you, treat you low class, and hear ZERO of your concerns. Every issue out here is PREVIOUS management's fault, or they know who the issue is with, BUT they aren't babysitters, etc, so if it isn't office business you might as well get ready to suffer, because they could careless. Maintenance is a pushy father and son team (the son is the father's supervisor, I thought that wasn't even legal), that barely fit things correctly, they will PUSH into your door when they're coming to repair, Josh will argue with you, and of course just like management, everything that's wrong is previous maintenance fault. The children out here are HORRIBLE, unsupervised, will damage your vehicle, cut off your electricity, dart in front of cars, they are outside sometimes at 1-2am SCREAMING and ringing doorbells, etc, and you tell Nicohle or Tammy and guess what, we the residents should tell their parents or try to talk to the unruly kids because they KNOW who the kids are but they aren't babysitters. There's trash everywhere, HEAVY drug activity, LOUD music all times of day and night. It's just horrible and nobody gives a darn! Also there are so many animals out here that are NOT service animals, they are just a joke!

If there's someone on the lease that doesn't go to school, they do. Or if someone only goes part time, I believe, but you'd have to call and ask to clarify that!

They go by your income. Not sure if they have two bedrooms open. My sister just got in for a three bedroom. You can call them, the staff is very friendly.
