Waited over an hour for our food for it to be completely messed up. Non of our food was made right and we also ordered a kids meal with an apple juice. Instead of getting our juice that we PAID for they gave us a cup of ICE and still charged the full amount. When I called to tell them what we just experienced they kept me on hold the entire time then just hung up on me.

Normally the best place to go for me and my wife. I don't understand the times of operations especially during March madness. Got turned away even though they close at 10 we got there at 930 to try and eat for my birthday right quick. Worst experience, why he a sports affiliated place and not open for this event? Either let another company take over that is willing to open till 12am. May have lost a customer that is a regular weekly.

Very disappointed. Waited an hour for our food and still did not have when we left. Not an I’m sorry, let me check how much longer for your food. Waitress left us sitting with empty drinks. Will NOT go back. I understand being short staffed and all, but an hour and still no food! Nope.

Have never had a burger here until tonight…. And WOWZA!!!! It was fantastic. I had the Cheese Curd Bacon Burger and fries. My wife had the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap and loved it. We also had the fried pickles and I think they’re the best around. Our server (Monica) was attentive and friendly. Food came out quick and everything as ordered. Very nice experience.
