From what you expect on the outside, it's very welcoming and has an older style Italian with new renovations being completed and started to maintain a more modern look. That being said, it has a lot of work to do but over all it's a nice venue and will be even nicer in 1-2 years ✌️

Tonight my fiancée attended an event at your establishment and it didn't go well. it was the 20th anniversary for the Village Browery and she was excited to be there to celebrate her friend's businesses longevity. She left feeling embarrassed for her friend. I'm leaving this review because we considered your establishment for our wedding and we are elated at this point that we didn't choose you. Before I go any further I do realize that the event was on a Monday but that is no excuse for a subpar experience. Often it is said that you are as strong as your weakest link and tonight was not a good showing. The service was not friendly and the food was subpar. The team seemed disinterested in being there and once my fiancée sat down it only got worst. There a was a predetermined choice between Dover Sole and Chicken and by the time her table was served you were out of the Sole. Even though she had pre-chose the Sole she was fine with enjoying the chicken entree however she didn't enjoy it at all. The chicken was just warm and had no seasoning or sauce. The vegatables were cold and were also lacking of seasoning. The mashed potatoes were warm and had a pasty consistency. The good news is the dinner got better from there as the Bananas Foster was delightful but at that point my fiancée couldn't wait to leave. This is unfortunate because the business owner that was there to be celebrated had items there for sale after dinner but the experience she had turned her off so much that she just wanted to leave. When she came home tonight all she could say is how much she was glad that we didn't book you for our special evening. Again, I realize it was a Monday but a place that has such a great reputation in our area can't have such an off night. Thank you for your time.

I recently co-chaired a luncheon at Samuel’s and cannot express how happy we were with the event. From day 1 the planning staff (Mark and Carol) were more most professional and accommodating. The stunning remodeled interior was the perfect setting for a relaxed yet elegant experience. Sophisticated elegance. The service and food were excellent. And the best part was the positive feedback we received from our members - not one complaint! I highly recommend this venue for any of your entertaining needs. We will be back next year.

Great place for an event. My hubby's best friend was married here and it was a beautiful outside wedding. The staff did a great job serving, but there were a few that were very unprofessional and didn't seem to be able to handle their job responsibility without getting frustrated. The food was not to bad. Could be much better. Not seasoned very well. When it comes to the look it's beautiful and the desserts we're very tasty.
